Before we tour, you’ll talk with a lender so we know your real budget and your offer carries weight.
Search and tour
We focus on homes that fit your budget and your must-haves, and I’ll tell you what I see in each one, good and bad.
Make a strong offer
I use recent sales and the home’s competition to recommend a price and terms, then negotiate for you.
Close and get your keys
Through inspections, appraisal and escrow, I keep you updated until the keys are in your hand.

Do you work with first-time buyers?
Yes. Helping first-time buyers is a big part of why I got into real estate, and handing over those first keys is still my favorite part of the job.
Do I need to be pre-approved before we look at homes?
It’s the best place to start. A pre-approval from a lender tells us your real budget, and sellers generally expect one with an offer.
Can you help me buy an investment property?
Yes. I work with investors buying rentals and income property, including clients building a portfolio for retirement.
What areas do you work in?
I'm based in Pico Rivera and work with buyers across Los Angeles, Orange County and the Valley.
